How syncing and the daily journal work
Live connections check for new trades about every minute.
- Live connections (Rithmic/MT5/Tradovate) check for new trades roughly every minute.
- Your dashboard, calendar, equity curve and reports fill in from real trades — no manual entry.
- A journal entry is generated for each trading day; you can add your own notes and reflections.
Days are grouped by your time zone. The site defaults to Cairo time; visitors elsewhere are bucketed by their own location automatically. You can override this in Settings → Preferences.
